Payment and refunding

1. I accept full prepayment or payment plan if the amount is big (starting from around $200) - 2 halfs, one half before sketch, one after.2. The main payment method is a PayPal invoice. You’ll need to provide me with your PayPal-linked email address, and I’ll create an invoice for you to pay. As a backup option, Payoneer can also be used.3. Customer can’t cancel the order and get all money back after I start my work. You can only return part of the cost at the sketch stage, subtracting its cost.

Turnaround Time and Queue

1. I don’t have strict deadlines, but the turnaround time is usually about a month.2. When discussing your commission, I’ll let you know the approximate time I can start and finish the work. You can also check my commission queue to get an idea of what stage I’m currently at.3. If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, I may ask for an additional fee depending on how little time I have to complete the work.

Terms and stages of work

1. We discuss all the specifics of the work (you can provide them to me through the special Google form or directly). You provide descriptions and references of characters, poses, emotions, backgrounds, clothes, etc. After my consent, you can pay for work. I let you know about getting your payment.2. I send you a sketch for discussing. You can ask for some revisions*( more info below).3. After the sketch is approved, I’ll send you 1–3 more work-in-progress stages to make sure everything is fine. Upon completion, I give you an artwork in a good quality (2000-3000 or more pixels and 300 dpi). Customer should notify me about image resolution, if it’s important.4. Working on a commission involves receiving constant feedback from the customer. If the customer ignores my messages, I can extend the turnaround time as long as necessary.5. If I don't feel comfortable with the idea, I have a right to reject, because I won't do it well.6. I can cancel commission for different reasons such as unfriendly customer behavior etc.

*Number of revisions

1. On sketching stage customer can make 1 significant revision (pose, expression, items etc).2. During the process, at the lineart or flat color stage, I can make 1 free change that wasn’t discussed at the beginning (for example, adding accessories or something similar).3. On final stage customer can make only 1 insignificant revision (colors, patterns etc).4. After that number all revisions will be paid (the cost depends on type of revision). Customer must pay for additional revisions before I make them.

Terms of Use

1. Drawing will contain my signature that cannot be removed.2. I can post process of artwork or completed artwork at social media if it wasn't discussed in advance (if you want to make a private commission, an additional fee will be charged). The customer can ask me do not post artwork before specific time.

For all illustrations, two coloring options are available: flat color (no shadows or highlights) and fully shaded and detailed.

Backgrounds info:

1. Simple BG: this can be a gradient fill or a basic geometric pattern.2. Complex BG: this can be anything from nature landscape and objects to large scenes. The price depends on the complexity of the work.

Also available:

1. Character Page Commission: one or two characters in different poses and formats on a single sheet. The price is calculated by adding up the cost of all the elements (each priced the same as in regular illustrations).2. Commissions with my OCs: both SFW and NSFW are fine, but I’ll need more details from you before I can give my approval. See my OC Lucy.3. Dakimakura commission: two vertical illustrations of your character that you can print on a pillow. The price is the same as for a regular illustration, but an additional fee may be charged for the background, high resolution, and so on.

A standard ref sheet costs $150 and includes: front and back view + palette + eye and maw close-ups.

Important info:

1. All my ref sheets are flat-colored and have a simple background, which I can either come up with myself or make according to your wishes.2. I can add the character’s name and any info to the ref sheet at no extra cost.3. If you want to redesign your character, it will cost extra depending on the complexity (starting at $15).4. If you want me to create a character from scratch, the additional fee starts at $35 and up.
What affects the extra cost: the complexity of the design and how prepared you are (descriptions, references).
I’ll show different sketches with options to choose from (body parts, colors, patterns, etc.) until we arrive at exactly what you’re happy with.5. I have an option to add any illustration with this character on the side of the sheet (it costs the same as any regular illustration).
